PolicyJaruriHai is an independent financial assistance and consultancy platform operated by DRP Secure Finance. We are NOT an Insurance Company, Insurance Broker, Corporate Agent, Web Aggregator, IMF, Bank or NBFC. We do not sell insurance, approve loans, issue policies, collect premiums, or make investment decisions on your behalf.
3. Loan Related Terms
Loan approval is subject to the eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and final decision of the respective Bank or NBFC. We do not guarantee loan approval, loan amounts, interest rates, or processing timelines. All such decisions are made solely by the lending institution.
4. Insurance Related Terms
Insurance-related assistance is provided through IRDAI Licensed Insurance Brokers and/or Corporate Agents. We do not issue insurance policies, collect premiums, or settle claims. Claim settlement is governed by the terms of the respective insurer. Features of insurance products mentioned are indicative only and subject to the actual policy document.
5. Investment Related Terms
Investment products are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Please read all product-related documents carefully before investing. We do not guarantee returns on any investment product.
6. What We Do NOT Do
We do not: sell insurance directly; approve or sanction loans; guarantee loan approval, interest rates, or EMI amounts; guarantee claim settlement; issue insurance policies; collect insurance premiums; provide SEBI-registered investment advice; represent ourselves as IRDAI-licensed intermediaries unless legally authorised.

Information on this website is for general guidance only. We do not warrant completeness or accuracy. Users should verify all information independently and consult appropriate professionals before making financial decisions.
8. No Sensitive Data Collection
We do not ask for or collect Aadhaar, PAN, bank account details, OTP, UPI PIN, net banking credentials, debit/credit card numbers, or CVV through this website.
9. Limitation of Liability
PolicyJaruriHai (operated by DRP Secure Finance) shall not be liable for loan rejections, claim denials, investment losses, or any consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
12. Changes
